Human Resources Chairman: Bob Batchelor

The Human Resources Chairman performs four important functions for their district. They are:

1. Makes sure the district is on track every re-chartering period to earn the “Quality District” award.

2. Selects the best qualified and objective Scouters and places them on the Nominating Committee. This committee meets every year to select a Scouter who is best able to lead the district as the next District Chairman.

3. Is always on the lookout for new committee members.

4. Stays in contact with Shelter Rock’s “seasoned” Scouters. Their experience and knowledge is a huge benefit to our district.
